Fashion & Jewellery

Portobello market is a destination for lovers of vintage, but if that’s not your style, there’s plenty of new fashion too. Many famous designers and brands started out right here so you might discover the next big star.

There’s fashion for all tastes and budgets, and a great choice of accessories and jewellery too.

Fashion

On the market

On Portobello Road every day except Sunday, you’ll find stalls of trendy teenage and twenty-something tops, dresses and knitwear at very affordable prices, plus accessories like hats and bags.

On Fridays and Saturdays there are many more stalls where you’ll find basics like t-shirts and shirts, plus scarves, sunglasses, shoes and tights – everything to put together a great outfit – and on Saturdays Portobello Green, just north of the Westway and out to Ladbroke Grove, is packed with fashion.

Here are some of the regular stalls;

Mr Khalkhali has colourful dresses and knitwear in the centre of the market every day except Thursdays and Sundays.

Also on Saturdays, Cyril has men’s business and casual shirts, sweatshirts and accessories, plus uniquely on the market, reading glasses for men and women.
